Note: These rates include taxes, VAT etc, everyday cleaning, change of towels and linen twice / week, garden and pool maintenance, concierge services etc.
Minimum Stay / Arrival & Departure
Our standard bookings are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. However, we are happy to accommodate flexible arrangements upon request (exept during the months of July & August).
Booking & Cancelation Policy
To confirm a reservation, guests are requiered to pay 30% of the total cost, which secures their dates. The remaining 70% balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that both payments are non-refundable. However, if guests need to cancel for any reason, we offer a flexible 12-month voucher, valid for a future stay in either one or both of our Villas, subject to availability.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit of 2.000 euro is required. This amount is fully refundable prior to departure, provided no damages or losses have occurred during the stay.
Climate Tax
As of January 2024, Greece has introduced a new Climate Crisis Resilience Tax, applicable to all types of accommodation, including villas, hotels, and rental properties. This tax helps support national initiatives for environmental protection and climate preparedness.
The tax is paid directly by guests upon arrival and is set at 15 euro per day.
Stay Guidelines & Villa Policies
- Pets are welcome upon request
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villas
- The use of BBQ facilities, the outdoor fireplace, fireworks, or any other open flames is permitted only upon prior request and subject to weather conditions, in accordance with local fire safety regulations
- Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 10:00 - flexibility may be possible, subject to availability
Extra charges / services upon request
- Pool heating can be arranged at the additional cost of €600 / week, NET. Please let us know at least 5 days before arrival, so we can prepare it accordingly.
- Extra guests beyond the standard capacity of 16 guests per Villa may be accepted upon request, depending on space availability, at an additional cost of €100 / person / week, NET
- We can also arrange several extra services upon request and at an additional cost, depending on our guest’s wishes. These include breakfast, cooking / chef service, fine dining meals for special occasions, our Cretan Night which our guests always love, transfers, massages, tennis lessons, yoga sessions, hikes, boat trips, yacht trips, wine tasting and much more.
